Modified Stay-At-Home Order

Modified Stay At Home Order:

  • Close non-essential businesses like gyms, restaurants and retail at 10 p.m. nightly, and allow them to reopen at 5 a.m.
  • Moving the alcohol curfew to 9 p.m. -- two hours earlier than the previous curfew of 11 p.m.
  • The order is set to expire post-New Year on Jan. 8.

Stricter Mask Mandate:

  • Wear a mask when around others who are not in your household, eve n when inside a home.
  • Wear a mask when inside a gym, even if six feet away from other people, even if exercising vigorously.
  • Wear a mask when at a brewery or restaurant, unless actively eating or drinking.
  • Businesses are now asked to enforce the mask mandate more strongly.

Current Limits:

  • Mass gathering limits is currently 10 people indoors and 25 people outdoors.
  • Large outdoor venues with seating greater than 10,000 can operate at 7% capacity.
  • Bars, nightclubs and dance halls can operate outdoors only at 30% capacity or 100 customers, whichever is less.
  • Music halls and venues for live performances can operate at 30% capacity of 100 customers, whichever is less.
  • Movie theaters can operate at 30% capacity or 100 customers per movie screening, whichever is less.
  • The outdoor parts of amusement parks can operate at 30% capacity.
  • Alcohol sales for on-site consumption are banned after 11 p.m.
  • Face coverings are required for everyone over age 5.

Covid-19: What are the 3 w's for COVID-19? 1 Wear a cloth mask over your nose and mouth. 2 Wait 6 feet apart. Avoid close contact. 3 Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.

Stay safe. When outside, stay at least 6 ft. apart.
